WARRANTY - Warranty is granted by the seller for a period of 24 months.
When purchasing LED Bulbs, LED spotlights, LED panels, LED floodlights or any other LED product from HOME OF LED Limited, you automatically receive a 2 year warranty. This entitles you to an unlimited number of replacements for any failed LED product for the duration of the warranty.
This warranty covers any defect in material or failure of the product under normal use during warranty period. The warranty period starts on the date of invoice. During the warranty period Home of Led will repair or replace, at no charge products or parts of product that proves defective under normal use and maintenance.
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
